  • After you have successfully submitted this online application, an email will be sent to you confirming that we did indeed receive your application. Do not forget to download PDF version of a parental waiver you must get signed in order to join YLA.
  • PLEASE NOTE that upon acceptance all applicants will be expected to pay a $25 program membership fee.

I understand that as a Youth Leadership America member, I will be required to attend weekly trainings and events for a three month period. I understand that if I miss more than two trainings or events, I will risk the opportunity to graduate from the program.
